Role Overview

Inspector Mama® is seeking a Virtual Assistant (contractor) to help behind the scenes with digital content formatting, creative repurposing, and organizational support. You’ll work directly with Carla, the founder, to help bring clarity and ease to her systems so she can focus on revenue-driving work and creating impactful content.

This role starts small (approximately 5–10 hours/month) and may grow into a permanent position as the business grows - we have big dreams! You will be paid monthly upon invoice submission.

Responsibilities

Digital Product Support:

  • Format printable freebies in Canva (checklists, guides, planners) using brand templates

  • Organize Canva and Google Drive files for easy access and version control

  • Light proofreading/editing of PDFs and checklists

Content & Repurposing:

  • Turn podcast or blog content into short-form captions or post-ready bullet points

  • Create graphics using pre-existing brand templates (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube thumbnails)

  • Keep track of what’s been published and flag opportunities to repurpose evergreen content

Optional Admin Tasks:

  • Upload podcast episodes or YouTube videos with provided titles and descriptions (no editing required)

  • Maintain a shared tracker or task list for transparency and ease

Tools You'll Use

  • Canva (required)

  • Google Drive & Docs (required)

  • Optional but helpful: Descript, PromptSmart, CapCut, Squarespace
