The Wake-Up Call That Started It All
Andrea shares the deeply personal story of nearly dying during childbirth. That brush with death became the moment she realized she was still carrying fear, shame, and anxiety that wasn’t even hers. She talks about miscarriages, her fear of strokes passed down through her father-in-law’s death, and the generational anxiety that lived in her bloodline. It was in letting go of the fear that a new part of her was born—the version of herself that would later become AMG Healing.
Healing as a Mother and a Daughter
Parenting while healing means riding waves of anxiety and choosing to respond from love instead of fear. Andrea reminds us how easy it is to internalize shame and self-criticism from childhood but how revolutionary it is to raise children who don’t carry that same emotional burden. Whether it’s hearing your child say you’re beautiful without makeup or apologizing when you lose your temper, healing is in the small, quiet moments too.

After joining a business mastermind led by Esoteric Esa, Andrea began offering pláticas, reiki, and workshops that supported others on their healing path. It was during a "Reclaiming Joy" workshop that everything clicked—watching a married couple do the inner child work together reminded her why this work matters. AMG Healing was born not just from personal pain, but from a deep desire to support others in finding their own medicine.

Many of us are parenting with no blueprint. Andrea spoke about what it’s like to raise neurodivergent children while still feeling triggered by our own unresolved memories and experiences.
